Most sessions are generally one hour in length, and are covered by many extended health insurance plans.  We encourage you to check to see if your plan has coverage for Registered Social Workers (RSW).  At the end of each session you will be provided with a receipt that can be used for insurance purposes or tax deduction.

We also offer specialized on-site sessions and packages to provide you with support on days when you require it most.  The length of these sessions can be tailored to meet your particular goal.  Remote video conferencing also available.  Contact us for details.
